About Me

I’m Andrea Carvajal, a certified personal trainer with a passion for fitness that has driven me through my life. Originally from Mexico and now based in Boston.

My journey as an athlete began at the age of 7, starting with long distance cycling, which introduced to the power or discipline of strength training. This sparked my lifelong passion for helping others build strength, confidence and love for fitness.

I’m dedicated to guiding clients of all levels toward their health and fitness goals, focusing on personalized training methods that deliver lasting results. Fitness is more than a career for me, it’s a way of life that I’m excited to share with every client work with. Let’s train with  purpose and achieve your best self together!

Personal Training

Fun and creative workouts, specialized in losing weight and toning muscle for any type of activity level and gender. I’ve been helping my clients to get fit along their journey, providing with proper diet, customized fitness programs, supporting and advising along their fitness journey.
